ATS-320E Transmission Service Flush Machine

It calculates the total flow of the used ATF fluid being pumped out from the transmission and simultaneously pumps in the exact amount of new ATF fluid into the transmission.  This process eliminates any possibility of over-filling the transmission.  Since it does not restrict the flow of the return line on the transmission, this results in a faster exchange of fluid with minimal mixing of fluids.

The ATS 320E has a unique cleaning/auto exchange feature.  When keying in the length of the cleaning cycle, the machine will automatically switch to exchange when cleaning is finished.

Diagnostic features allow for quick diagnosis of transmission problems by reading the PRESSURE and FLOW of transmission fluid in circulate mode. Has built-in pressure release, eliminates any possibility of over-pressuring transmission.

Procedure for Transmission with Thermostats 


Step 1. Connect transmission machine to transmission cooler lines. 

Step 2. Read PSI 

Step 3. If there is no pressure then switch directional flow switch. 

Step 4. If there’s still no Pressure then Power Brake transmission for 2-3 minutes. In order to Power Brake step on the brake (apply emergency brake), put transmission into drive and raise the RPM to 800-1000 maximum. 

Step 5. At this point you should see a Pressure reading. If there’s still no pressure, switch the directional flow switch back. If you still see no pressure then you must repeat step 4. 

Step 6. Now that you have a pressure reading push the PSI button again to see the temperature. Continue to power brake until the temperature reaches a minimum of 65 degrees celsius. 

Step 7. Now you are able to proceed with the transmission fluid exchange. 

Step 8. Continue power brake through the service and the thermostat will not close.
